(DOWNLOAD MP3) The Man From Heaven by Apostle Arome Osayi
The Four living creatures before the throne of God are not just there for show or as animals. They are a description of a pathway of spiritual progress of a Christian. They represent the basis, every believer must encounter to rise to the fullness of stature in Christ.
The first dimension is the face of a Lion: This describes the royalty of God, dimension of dominion and the manifestation of the spirit of the Lord. And so God begins to teach us that in our pathway to spiritual progress, this dimension of dominion is available to possess. This is where you demonstrate the power invested on you in christ. But there is a side effect to just becoming a lion because PRIDE can come in. The very next face is what creates the balance.
The face of a Calf: This talks of the servant hood of Jesus. A description, although vested with so much power, the purpose is to serve. If all you represent is a lion, this means you are not representing the fullness of christ. Then sometimes, as you serve, you are sincerely doing everything to God and humanity such as alms giving or philanthropic works even trying to burn yourself with fire for someone sake just to serve others. Then the next phase shows up.
The face of a man: This dimension shows that you are a human, don’t push yourself beyond your limits. Jesus wept at funerals(John 11:35), was hungry too(Matt.4:2). You don’t kill yourself because you want to fast for one million days. Ignoring yourself of this dimension means robbing yourself from expressing the fullness of Christ. It is okay to cry as a pastor, that shows you are human because life will press you and bring tears. This is not unbelief.
